Wagashi Art - Workshop on Practicing and Cutting Fruits

Lienkiri is one of wagashi types. It is mainly made of white bean paste and added with fat. Dye different colors on the white practice cut skin, add fillings, and then use fruit props and techniques to create different shapes.

Tea Ceremony Workshop

The workshop helped the participants understand the six major tea types, the four major methods and the way of tea tasting.
