Purpose of E-Invitation: This E-Invitation and its QR Code are strictly for online pre-registration to visit the Vegetarian Food Asia VFA 2026 and Asia Vibrant Living Expo VLA 2026. The holder must complete the online registration process to obtain the final e-admission ticket. This card is not valid for direct entry.

Scope and Validity: Successful registrants may use the final e-admission ticket for one-time entry to both exhibitions during the opening hours from 23 to 25 January 2026.

Data Integrity: The registrant warrants that all information submitted is true and accurate. Registration may be cancelled without notice if any false or inaccurate information is discovered.

Non-Transferability: The final e-admission ticket is non-transferrable, non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not for resale. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any holder violating these terms.

Personal Safety and Property: All visitors shall be solely responsible for their safety and personal belongings. The Organizer will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or any personal injury, and will not provide any compensation.

Final Decision: The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or change the program of exhibitors, sponsors, or guests at the exhibition without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the Organizer's decision shall be final.
