To encourage restaurants in Hong Kong to develop and offer healthy and delicious vegetarian cuisine.

After the deduction of event costs, the remaining funds will be donated to charitable organization (Public Nutrition Development Association Limited 91/14190).

Participants who entered the preliminary round will receive one chef's white and the exquisite souvenir
Finalists will receive a trophy and certificate, media interviews, and the exquisite souvenir

Important Dates

Phase 1: Online Judging

Application Date: 15 Dec 2024 – 31 Jan 2025
Result Announcement: 7 Feb 2025

Applicants are required to submit the online application form along with relevant content and photo. The registration fee of HK$500 for charitable purpose.

12 participants will be selected for the preliminary round




Phase 2: Preliminary Round Selection

Date: 12 Feb 2025
Venue: TBC

Participants will prepare their dishes on-site

6 participants will be selected for the finals

Phase 3: The Finals

Date: 21 Feb 2025
Venue: HKCEC (at Vegetarian Food Aisa 2025)

Participants will prepare new dishes on-site.

Awards will be presented for the top three positions: Champion, First Runner-Up, and Second Runner-Up.
